Antarctica
Both of these locations exude wildlife. On the Falklands, you will be able to visit black-browed albatross colonies and rockhopper penguin rookeries, while in South Georgia you will be blessed with king penguin colonies (up to 300,000 penguins). In South Georgia, you may also visit old whaling stations and the grave of “the Boss,” Sir Ernest Shackleton, who lies buried in the old cemetery of Grytviken.
Most of these voyages visit Antarctica, but some itineraries visit only South Georgia and/or the Falkland Islands.
These voyages range from 15 to 22 days, and some itineraries also cross the Antarctic Circle.
